Dear Frank:

Thank you and DeeAnna for the wonderful renovation you guys did for us on our condo in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You did a professional job and our place at the beach looks just wonderful.

We really appreciate your communicating with us as the work progressed. You did exactly what you said you would do, (that’s a rare commodity these days) and you guys took such great care of our furniture and other stuff. You both went beyond the call of duty packing, moving, storing and unpacking our belongings. Having everything clean and in place (including clean sheets on the bed) when we arrived to see our “new place” was special to us.

When the need arises we won’t hesitate to call you for any home needs we have.

We consider you guys to be our new friends.

In the fall of 2000, my husband and I decided to remodel our condomimium at Sea Villas located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We contracted with Frank Goodman of Goodman Builders to do the work. The work involved the complete gutting of the condo to enclose a new bedroom and add a closet; the paneled walls were replaced with drywall; the kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and bar were replaced; the unit was completely rewired to add track lighting, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, ventilation fans and safety devices, the ceiling was resurfaced; the bathroom was updated with new tub and pedestal sink; and the floor covering was replaced. Goodman Builders completed the work in less than six weeks.

Sea Villas was a 1950s motel wich was converted into condos in the late 1970s. Everything in our unit is now completely new and up-to-date and we are very proud of it. Since our condo renovation, we have recommended Frank for other remodeling work at Sea Villas and in each and every case, the homeowner raved about the results.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the neat, professional manner in which the work was performed. When we need any new construction or remodeling work in the future, we will call Frank Goodman and Goodman Builders for the job. Frank Goodman is a perfectionist who believes in doing the job right.
